Day by day

1. Day 1
   Arrive Bangalore-Mysore

   Arrive at Bangalore and transfer to Mysore and check into hotel on arrival. Later in afternoon, continue on a city tour of Mysore, which includes the Maharaja's Palace, Chamundi Hills and the Art Gallery with its collection of paintings and musical instruments. Optional tour of Brindavan Gardens can be taken in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel. The Nilgiri mountain range steps down to the Chamundi Hills, that holds under its shadow the cultural capital of Karnataka – Mysore. It is the state's second largest city. The city beautiful of palaces, museums and gardens fuses seamlessly with its fast developing status of a giant IT hub. The Hoysala-style architecture stand cheek by jowl with post-modern steel and glass structures in contemporary Mysore! The grand Mysore Dasara festival is visited by thousands from across the globe. And this is where R.K. Narayan wrote his gripping tales of small town India. Once considered the cultural capital of the South at large, today Mysore sways as much to the classical beat as it rocks to the latest Pop numbers in its pubs. The regal city has its roots in the old-world yet seamlessly blends with the modern way of life.

2. Day 2
   Mysore-Coorg

   Early morning leave for Coorg. The place is a heaven for tourists with lovely hills covered by mist and thriving coffee plantations. Overnight stay at hotel.

3. Day 3
   Coorg - Wayanad

   In the morning, depart for Wayanad, which has mountain caves, jungle trails and exotic wildlife. Arrive and check into hotel for overnight stay.

4. Day 4
   Wayanad

   Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Wayanad in the morning, including Chain Tree, Neelimala View Point, Sultan Battery, Jain Temple and Edakkal Caves. Overnight stay at hotel.

5. Day 5
   Wayanad-Calicut

   After breakfast, transfer to Calicut airport/railway station for departure.
