Terms of booking
Who you are booking with
Travel of India arranges flights, hotels, transfers and visas as an agent for the airline, hotel or other supplier, and sells holiday packages as the organiser. The supplier’s own conditions of carriage or stay also apply.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes and our service fee, listed before you pay. A price is held for a short time after you choose it. If a supplier changes the price before you pay, we tell you before taking payment.
Traveller details
Names must match the passport or government photo ID. You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements and arriving on time.
Payment
Payments are taken by Razorpay or PhonePe. A booking is confirmed only when we send a confirmation with a supplier reference. If we cannot confirm it, we refund you in full.
Changes and cancellations
See Cancellation and refunds. Supplier fees apply to changes unless stated.
Liability
We are responsible for arranging what you booked with care. We are not liable for a supplier’s acts beyond what Indian consumer law provides, or for events outside anyone’s control.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most problems are solved with a phone call.
