Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation
When a booking shows “Free cancellation until” a date, you can cancel from your trip page before that date and get a full refund.
After free cancellation ends
Contact us. We ask the supplier what they will refund and pass on everything we receive, less any fee shown at booking.
Holidays
Holidays can be cancelled free of charge up to the number of days before departure shown on the trip page. After that, deposits may be kept to cover hotel and transport commitments.
Visas
Government fees are not refundable once submitted. Our service fee is refundable until we begin work on your application.
Failed bookings
If a supplier cannot confirm after you pay, we refund 100% automatically to your original payment method.
Refund time
We start refunds the same day. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days.
