What we collect
Contact details, traveller names, dates of birth and passport details where a booking needs them, and payment status from our payment partners. We never receive card numbers.
Why
To make and manage your bookings, send confirmations and updates, issue invoices, meet legal and tax duties, and, if you agree, tell you about offers.
Who we share it with
Only the airline, hotel, driver, embassy or payment partner that needs it for your booking, and authorities where the law requires.
Where it is kept
On servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Visa documents are deleted once your application is closed and the retention period ends.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent. Write to us using the contact page.
